One critical after Coromandel high-speed boat crash

A man is in a critical condition after the boat he was in hit a rock at high speed at Cooks Beach in the Coromandel on Saturday night. The man was one of four people on the 6.5 metre aluminium boat, Whitianga deputy harbourmaster Calvin Hicks said.
