YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - A lockdown at Youngstown State was lifted nearly two hours after a man accused of pulling a gun on another man turned himself in. Classes resumed at 3 p.m.. The situation happened at 11:10 a.m. inside Kilcawley Center.
