Soul Taco restaurant is now open in Jackson Ward. The restaurant opened Oct. 30 at 321 N. 2nd St. (two doors down from J Kogi). The new restaurant from friends William “Trey” Owens and Ari Augenbaum, along with business partner Nar Hovnanian.
