UFO Sighting in Ozark, Arkansas on 2018-04-20 02:30:00 - Hovering golden cylinder shaped light that hovered then would shoot upward and disappear, then reappear. at one point saw a bright flash of light near the ground

At mile marker 36, sitting at a rest stop, notice golden light off in the distance that i thought was just a star, until i saw it begin to move upward above the treeline. it would disappear then reappear from the opposite direction. at one point notice a bright flash on the ground. it continued this hovering and moving upward for over an hour.
