San Rafael police accuse man of vandalizing Saint Raphael School

A 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of breaking into and vandalizing Saint Raphael School in downtown San Rafael. Lanthony Spence arrested early Thursday on suspicion of second degree burglary, vandalism and tampering with a fire alarm.
