The Marnier-Lapostolle initially founded their distillery at Neauphle-le-Chateau in the 1820s, but the cognac wasn't mass-produced until Louis-Alexandre took up the reins. The colourful flavour is one of bitter orange, cognac, marmalade and hazelnuts.
