DUNKIRK, Md. - The Office of the State Fire Marshal is investigating a vehicle from Friday night in Dunkirk. On Sept. 14 around 10:46 p.m., a passerby in Dunkirk discovered a vehicle on fire and abandoned on Route 4 and Ward Road and called 911.
