Mexico migrates Ebano contract to PSA

Mexican authorities, state oil company Pemex and Mexican contractor DS Servicios on Friday signed off on the migration of a legacy service contract for the Ebano field to a new production-sharing agreement under the new terms of Mexico's energy reform.
