BACOLOD City – Three persons were arrested for allegedly engaging in illegal gambling in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental. Caught were Milagros Batillano, 55; Myrna Elardo, 49; and Eva Haberto, 34 – all residents of Barangay Ayungon, La Carlota City.
