A 42-YEAR-OLD man was shot dead by riding-in-tandem assassins at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, May 20, in Sitio Canlope, Poblacion, Alcoy, Cebu. Police identified the fatality as Christian Alvarado Debulosan, who succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds.
