The U.S. Coast Guard says the body of a missing swimmer has been recovered on Boca Chica Beach. Mohammed Alsubaie, 22, of Saudia Arabia, disappeared Saturday afternoon near the Bridgepoint Condominiums onr the 300 block of Padre Island Blvd.
