Mike Johnson of PWInsider is reporting that WWE Superstar Zelina Vega was pulled from their European tour after she took what seemed to be an alarming tumble at WWE Evolution during the battle royal. Officials were concerned over signs of a concussion and just took the precautionary measure of not including her on the tour.
