WWE Reveals Hell in a Cell Date & Location, Which Brand Gets the PPV?

During tonight’s WWE live event at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, WWE announced the company will be returning to Detroit for the Hell in a Cell PPV on October 8th, 2017.
