WWE Changed the Ending to Bayley vs. Bliss at Payback PPV

WWE management were indecisive about the finish to the Bayley vs. Alexa Bliss match at Payback. A total of four changes were made to the match during the weekend of the PPV. The day before the PPV a decision was made to have Bayley win, but that decision was changed the following morning. Dave Meltzer reports the decision was changed two more times later in the day.
