WWE has announced the following:Even though he failed to defeat The Undertaker inside Hell in a Cell at WrestleMania, Shane McMahon was still granted a temporary reign as Raw’s showrunner — by Mr. McMahon, of all people. His first night at the helm of Monday night’s hottest show brought us a new Intercontinental Champion, several new Superstar debuts and the return of the fan-favorite Cesaro.
