WWE has released the above video, featuring an inside look at Ronda Rousey’s recent four plus hour training session at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.
During the video, Rousey says she doesn’t need to motivate herself when training for her WWE in-ring debut, because he is genuinely happy to be doing the work she needs to do for the day.
Fellow UFC Four Horsewoman and NXT star Shayna Baszler appears in the video, and discusses Rousey’s Olympic background and the unique s
