Update: Sin Cara Undergoes Knee Surgery (Photo)

As we noted on Tuesday, WWE star Sin Cara noted that he was in Birmingham, Alabama, which indicated he was dealing with some type of injury.
Cara has since noted on Twitter that he underwent successful knee surgery this week, and will be out of action as a result. As of this writing, there is no timetable for Cara’s in-ring return, but we will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
