Update: Randy Orton Expected To Miss Even More Time Due To Second Surgery

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting Randy Orton may miss even more in-ring time after learning he will need another surgery. 
Orton, who is currently sidelined with a shoulder injury, will also have to have a neck surgery, which would be scheduled after his shoulder heals from that procedure.
