According to PWInsider.com, Finn Balor appears to have suffered some type of arm injury during his match against Seth Rollins at WWE SummerSlam as Balor was seen with his right arm in a sling following last night’s PPV. There is backstage concern in WWE that the injury might be serious and could even require surgery.
