New NXT Champion Kevin Owens cuts a promo to start the show. He says he’ll take on anyone at anytime and that Finn Balor can just name the date for his title shot. Owens says you may not like how he did it, but he did it. ^That’s about what I was expecting. Owens is a man of few, but very logical and straight forward words.
