This Week In History: Vince McMahon Indicted 25 Years Ago

This past Monday marked the 25th anniversary of Vince McMahon’s 1993 indictment for steroid distribution. McMahon’s indictment was part of a conspiracy investigation into WWF Physician George Zahorian. While under indictment, Vince temporarily handed control of the then-WWF to his wife Linda McMahon.
The trial that followed was a veritable circus. The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York alleged that McMahon had Pennsylvania Urologist Dr. George Zahorian to write steroi
