According to WWE.com, the WWE draft will take place on Tuesday, July 19th. This is the night that SmackDown makes the move to Tuesday nights and goes live. They describe the draft as follows…
“ A WWE Draft will be conducted by respective General Managers to select which Superstars will compete exclusively on Monday Night Raw or SmackDown.”
