Rich Swann Has All Charges Against Him For Recent Incident Dismissed

PWInsider.com is reporting all charges against WWE star Rich Swann related to a kidnapping and battery incident were dropped earlier today.
According to the report, Swann had the charges dropped against him due to prosecutors determining there was “insufficient evidence” to move forward with the case. Swann had been arrested on December 10th, 2017 in Gainesville, Florida and charged with false imprisonment / kidnapping and a misdemeanor battery charge after a roadside incident
