Lucha Underground’s Hernandez troubles are not yet over. Hernandez is threatening to file a lawsuit against the promotion, claiming that they are providing an unsafe working environment.
Hernandez was at the center of a big story over the summer, when he told TNA officials he wasn’t under contract with Lucha Undergound and signed a new deal. Lucha Undergound’s second season had not yet been finalized, but Hernandez was in fact still und
