Randy Orton Posts Big Update on His Injury Status, Reveals Whether or Not He Needs Neck Surgery

Several weeks ago Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer reported that in addition to being sidelined with a shoulder injury, WWE star Randy Orton would likely be requiring neck surgery which would keep him out of action for an even longer period of time.
