NXT To Debut New Title Wrestlemania Week?

-WWE plans on debuting a new singles title at the Wrestlemania Weekend Event in Orlando. Initial plans for the secondary title is to either go as the TV title or NXT star champion. Plans are expected to be rolled out late February and finals at the weekend show.
