As noted before, former ROH World Champion Jay Lethal suffered an injury during a match.ROH announced that Lethal was injured during the War of the Worlds: Toronto main event which was a tag-team match between the teams of EVIL, SANADA & Hiromu Takahashi going against Kenny King, Colt Cabana & Jay Lethal.
