Major Spoiler On Plans Changing For NXT Takeover Brooklyn Main Event

As we previously reported, at the last set of NXT TV tapings, the main event of NXT Takeover Brooklyn was setup to feature Aleister Black vs Johnny Gargano vs Tommaso Ciampa in a Triple Threat match for the NXT Title.
As we noted last week, Black suffered some type of groin injury during a singles match against Ciampa at the NXT live event in Las Vegas, and as result of the injury, Black underwent surgery, and his timetable for return is currently unknown.
