Kevin Owens Undergoes Surgery on Both His Knees (Photo)

Last week it was reported that former Universal Champion Kevin Owens would be taking time off to deal with nagging knee injuries. He was scheduled to undergo exploratory surgery to asses the damage and determine whether or not a more serious surgery was necessary.
After going “dark” on Twitter last Tuesday, blackening out his profile photo and deleting every single one of his past Tweets, Owens returned to social media this morning with a photo showing both his knees heavily bandaged
