Joey Mercury’s Cases Dismissed & Statement Released

The cases against former WWE superstar Joey Mercury have been dismissed, with the following statement being released by his lawyer. Joey, real name Adam Birch, was charged in two cases with infractions listing to Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card obtaining $100 or more in value, Third Degree Grand Theft Auto, and Petty Theft.
