The FTW Championship has been retired.At AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam, HOOK defeated Roderick Strong to retain the FTW Championship. After the bell, Tony Schiavone interviewed HOOK, who thanked the fans and all the wrestlers who had held the FTW Championship. He then announced that the FTW Championship had been retired. HOOK handed the title to his father, AEW commentator Taz, and they embraced.
