Current Cast Member Leaving WWE Total Divas; Is A Tough Enough Star Replacing Her?

WWE Diva Naomi responded to a fan question earlier tonight on Twitter regarding a Total Divas spinoff show, and indicated she was replaced in the cast instead. 
The fan asked if there was talk of a spinoff for her and husband Jimmy Uso, but Naomi said the following:
