Bully Ray believes the lasting legacy of ECW can still be felt decades later, despite the company closing back in 2001.Extreme Championship Wrestling, otherwise known as ECW, ran from 1992 to 2001. As many remember it as a promotion based out of Philadelphia, the company toured all over the world, and many considered it the third biggest company on the planet at the time, behind WWE and WCW. Due to a poor financial situation, the company was forced to close its doo
