Big Update: Rey Mysterio Reportedly Has Not Signed with WWE

We noted yesterday via The Wrestling Standard that Rey Mysterio has signed a deal to return to WWE, however, Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com is now reporting that rumor is false, and Mysterio has not yet signed with the company. We have since removed the original article.
The feeling remains that Mysterio will end up signing with WWE at some point down the line, but it appears as if the report of him actually putting pen to paper on a new contract is premature.
