Backstage Update On Mick Foley Taking Time Off From WWE, Another Notch For The Miz’s IC Title Tour

According to Dave Meltzer on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Mick Foley is taking time off from WWE due to having hip replacement surgery.
Meltzer said Foley may be back for the first RAW of the year on January 2nd in Tampa, but would still take another absence to recover from the surgery. It was noted that Foley stayed on air last week in order to put Sami Zayn over in their RAW angle.
