- As noted, Austin Aries suffered an injury at last night’s WWE NXT live event in Fresno, California after taking a kick from NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura.The referee signaled the dreaded “X” sign and the match was stopped. Aries did manage to leave on his own, check out the photo below:
