On the day Thomas Tuchel announced his World Cup squad at Wembley, one chat saw him wander in front of a picture of Bobby Moore with the Jules Rimet trophy. The England manager had of course been talking about winning the tournament, but there wasn’t even a nod to the image beside him.Why would there be?
