Exeter City boss Matt Taylor says his team need to be "determined, not desperate" after narrow defeats in their opening two matches.The Grecians conceded late goals in their 2-0 Carabao Cup first round defeat at local rivals Plymouth Argyle.Taylor's relegated side then lost their opening match back down in League Two 1-0 at promotion hopefuls Grimsby Town."I need to ease off the team in terms of the pressure and expectation, because we've got to be determined but not desperate," Taylor told BBC
