Barnet sign Hemel Hempstead's Noel-Williams

League Two side Barnet have signed midfielder Isiah Noel-Williams from National League South club Hemel Hempstead Town for an undisclosed fee.The 23-year-old, the son of former Watford and Stoke striker Gifton Noel-Williams, scored eight goals in 37 games for the Tudors last season.Bees manager Dean Brennan told the club's website: "Isiah's a player we've been tracking for about four years.
