Rep. Beatty asks judge to block Kennedy Center closure

Fresh off a court victory preventing President Trump from slapping his name on the Kennedy Center, Rep. Joyce Beatty asked the judge on Wednesday to head off his plan for a two-year shutdown for renovations.
