Ohio paint company pleads guilty in 2021 explosion that killed worker

An Ohio corporation pleaded guilty this week in federal court in the Southern District of Ohio to negligent endangerment stemming from a 2021 explosion that killed one employee and severely injured several others, according to the Justice Department.
