Da Silva, Bolsonaro likely headed to runoff in Brazil's presidential race

Leftist former President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva was leading right-wing incumbent Jair Bolsonaro in a tight race with more than 90% of the ballots counted in Brazil's presidential election Sunday night.
