Witches don’t make enough dramatic magic in new Utah play, ‘Weyward Sisters’

L.L. West’s comedy “Weyward Sisters,” about three women who play witches in Shakespeare’s “Macbeth,” is admirably ambitious. It aims for witty and smart.
