Utah’s winds are dying down, but 110,000 still don’t have power

The worst of the winds is over in northern Utah, according to the National Weather Service, but efforts to clean up the damage and restore power are going to take time.More than 110,000 customers remained without power Tuesday morning, according to Rocky Mountain Power, with more than 3,000 separate outages.
