Utahns aren’t letting COVID-19 erase Halloween

Stand-up paddleboard enthusiasts took to the water at Bountiful Pond on Saturday in what has become a Halloween tradition.With coronavirus spreading rapidly in Utah, health officials asked residents to be careful to wear masks and avoid large social gatherings on the holiday.
