Utah to get its first Raising Cane’s restaurant

Raising Cane’s, a popular fast-food chain that specializes in deep-fried chicken fingers, is coming to Utah.It will be a new tenant in the Mountain View Business Plaza near 3300 South 5600 West in West Valley City, property owners announced on social media this week. No word on an opening date.Founded in 1996 in Baton Rouge, La., Raising Cane’s is named after the owner’s yellow Labrador and, in addition to chicken fingers, it serves fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and a pink sauce
