Utah offensive coordinator Troy Taylor will return to his hometown as Sacramento State’s head football coach, the school announced Monday.Taylor directed the Ute offense for two seasons, a tenure highlighted by the school’s first Pac-12 South championship.Taylor worked at Eastern Washington of the Big Sky Conference in 2016 before coming to Utah.
