Utah man who left his nursing home in a Lyft has been found

Police in Spanish Fork cancelled a Silver Alert for a 73-year-old man who used the ride-share service Lyft to leave his nursing home on Sunday night.The man was found Monday morning, police said. The man had left Spanish Fork Nursing and Rehab, 151 E. Center St. at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, according to the statewide missing person alert system.
