A Utah man has been charged after he inadvertently shot a 9-year-old boy while target shooting in Sanpete County.Camryn Daniel Summerhays, 27, has been charged in Sixth Judicial Court with felony discharge of a firearm, a third-degree felony; and two counts of reckless endangerment, class A misdemeanors.On Nov. 23, Summerhays was target shooting near U.S. 89 near Mt.
