Utah man arrested for impersonating officer, making threats

Saratoga Springs, Utah • A Utah man has been arrested for allegedly impersonating a corrections officer and threatening to kill two men he accused of being in the country illegally.Police said 41-year-old Jerred Martin Loftus and three other men approached a pair of men on a trail outside of Provo Sunday and got into a heated argument.During the argument, Loftus allegedly said he was a corrections officer who had a gun.One of the men said Loftus threatened to kill them and bury their bodies
